Nijman/Zeetank wishes to always operate at the highest level. For that reason, we set high standards for our employees. Just like in professional sports, training is essential to perform well. A great deal of attention is therefore paid to courses and training. Not only ‘professional’ courses, such as those aimed at drivers and operational employees, but also awareness and in-house training sessions, which primarily focus on the Company’s processes and systems.

Improve our performance still further
By raising the bar a little each time, we continue to work on our own development and we can improve our performance still further. As many parties as possible are involved in the entire process. Apart from suppliers and subcontractors, we often also ask our customers and the public services (the fire brigade, customs, environment agency) to participate in or to contribute to the training and courses.
