A good quality system is vital to guarantee the continual improvement process. Nijman/Zeetank works with an integrated management system. This is an integrated quality system in which various quality standards are brought together and safeguarded. The system is there for us, as opposed to us being there for the system.

Integrated Management System (IMS)
The various operating systems are incorporated in the Integrated Management System (IMS). The system is built around a quality system in line with ISO 9001, but also incorporates an environment management system (ISO 14001) and a safety system (ISO 45001). A number of times a year, an external organisation (TCL) compares the IMS with the standard. Audits are also conducted by Cefic (SQAS) and customs (AEO).
