Nijman/Zeetank starts using LNG trucks

Recently, 7 new trucks were put into operation at Nijman/Zeetank, including 2 that run on LNG. The Nijman/Zeetank fleet, which is working throughout Europe, are all now 100% Euro VI engines.

Of course, all trucks are equipped with the necessary safety and comfort enhancing facilities for long-distance transport.

Nijman/Zeetank chose Volvo because of its low weight and proven reliability in previous series. The choice for LNG powered vehicles was made to give substance to this policy in the field of sustainability and environmental awareness. The Nijman/Zeetank Group is active in, among other things, the transport of LNG throughout Europe, both for (sea) shipping and road transport.
